Riptides injects Vault credentials at kernel level - secrets never reach application space
Riptides now injects HashiCorp Vault-sourced credentials directly into outbound requests in Linux kernel space, eliminating secret exposure in applications entirely. The approach extends beyond typical Kubernetes secret injection methods by intercepting API calls at write time, injecting short-lived OpenAI keys and cloud credentials without application changes or sidecars.
